Sign Ups on the 1st Day of Practice, November 13th

Location: Heritage High School Wrestling Room(REFER

TO WEBSITE FOR LOCATION OF MEETING)

Practices: Thursdays and Saturdays (weekly) beginning November 13th. Thursday(any practice during week) 6:00pm-7:30pm; Saturdays 9:00 - 11:30.

Cost: $100 (this also includes the cost of the USA Wrestling Card, T-Shirt,and Shorts.)

PWC IS NOW YEAR ROUND WRESTLING CLUB. After winter session concludes there will be training opportunities throughout the year.

SPRING STARTS THIS WEEK-PLEASE CONTACT COACH STANBERY ON QUESTIONS AND PRICES

Oct 8th- February TBA (Workouts will continue for wrestlers participating in Districts after Feb 1st)

Cost $75 (or $110 with singlet) and Includes:

USA Wrestling Card Insurance ($18 value)
Wrestling Gear- T-Shirt/Shorts ($30 value)
More TBA
Entry Fee Paid for Wrestling Tournaments at Heritage in January and March ($60 value)
Training for two months 2-3 times a week. Wrestling, conditioning, weight training

Yearly Membership

Cost is $200 (or $230 with singlet) and includes:

Everything in Winter session (listed above)
Day camps/Spring Freestyle/Greco-Roman Wrestling Event/ Fall Wrestling event- ($90 value)
Training opportunities 10 months out of the year
You come when you can- (Example: if you play soccer in the spring, you can come in the summer or when you do not have practice days)
